Will my membership auto renew each month/year?
Yup, you will be billed monthly or annually {depending on your membership} on the day you originally joined.
Your membership will continue to renew unless you let us know otherwise.
When will my monthly payments be deducted?
Monthly membership payments are deducted on the same day each month from when you signed up.
How do I cancel my paid membership?
To cancel your membership, please email us at support@nikkakarli.com at least 10 days before your next billing date.
Can I get a refund if I’ve already paid for the month but then decide to cancel?
After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to access your membership until the final day of your billing period.
Refunds will not be provided for the current billing period should you decide to cancel.
What's your refund policy?
As laid out on my sales pages, checkouts, and site terms, I do not offer refunds on any of my offerings.
Community App Support
How do I access the communities I have with you?
You can find our main Nīk Nation community here.
If you are inside a program {such as The Lab membership} that has a private community group, you can find the links on the welcome page for that program.
Am I able to direct message other members inside our program communities?
Absolutely! But please note that both 1:1 and group DM convos inside our communities are by consent only. Please do not DM people you do not have permission to message privately.

How do I contact customer/member support?
You can reach us by emailing support@nikkakarli.com.
We are a tiny team {just how we like it} and, as such, will endeavor to respond to support requests within 48-72 hours.
Emailing any of our other email addresses will result in a much longer response time, as they are not monitored for support requests.
How do I manage my email notifications?
You can click "Update your preferences" or "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our emails to update your email list preferences.
Please Note: Unsubscribing from emails regarding your programs/purchases will result in you missing out on updates, announcements, etc.
What do I need to bring to live practices and ceremonies?
Some yummy touchstones and items to have on hand during our excavations together might include:

Do I need to turn on my camera on live calls?
For meeting style gatherings, you will have the opportunity to be on camera to really drop in with one another {and me!}, but you can of course turn yours off as needed.
For our livestream style gatherings, all participant cameras will be off.
Breathwork & Movement Safety
Can I take Wild Nectar™ classes if I’m pregnant?
If you are pregnant, we recommend avoiding practices with inversions, prone positions, breath holds, or very fast-paced breathwork.
Please consult your trusted healthcare provider before engaging in our practices.
Can I take classes if I am injured?
You know your body best, so please follow what your body is showing you.

Can I take classes if I am in active trauma?
As I am not a therapist, and my offers are not therapy-based containers, if you are experiencing active or unprocessed trauma, you will need to work with a trauma specialist {preferably body-based} before working with me.
