Night before last, God was speaking into my sleep {as per usual}.

I woke up with the words pouring out and grabbed my journal to capture as much as possible.

When I woke up, I was called to keep writing a bit more.

And I knew the words were not just for me, but for you as well.

So, here we go.

From my dream:

Everybody wants to skip to the end. But you gotta go through what you gotta go through.

Will it require you to suffer? Maybe. Up to you. Will it take years? Maybe. Likely. Still, largely, up to you (and your trauma body).

Look at child actors who saw insane amounts of success before the age of 10. And how many of them then went through years of severe depression, addiction, and more.

The body, identity, and nervous system need the space to regulate and ground what we have been called into, in order to handle the expansion.

The amygdala needs to have the rituals, tools, and practices to feel safe enough to allow in our desires, without running amok and wrecking us behind the scenes.

Your mind tells you it has to be big and it has to be now.

But that’s just colonization fucking with you.

Give yourself the grace of the magic unfolding within you. Give yourself the experience of experiencing yourself unfold as the magic itself.

Let each moment be for you and not against you, as you return to that which you are… and have always been.

That was the message for us.

I’m still moving it through my body, but wanted to share it with you now.

Because I know at least one of you needs it today.

As did I.
