Listen to this audio and then set up your space, however feels most alive for you, to do the practice.

Take as long as you {and your partner, if you are doing the practice with them} desire.

If you haven't worked with sex magic in this way before, a great place to begin is about two minutes per chakra.

Your steps for this practice:

1. Create your intention
2. Drop into a six sensory reality with that intention
3. Consecrate it to your North Star/Highest Essence {God, love, Creator, truth, etc}
4. Choose how you will receive the intention
5. Awaken and expand your turn on
6. Move your turn on, breath, and consciousness through your chakras {cervix or perineum, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, 3rd eye and brain, crown}
7. Call in the six sensory reality of your intention again
8. Send this fullest expression to the universe from the crown of your head
9. Feel the energy stream back down through your crown and into every cell of your body, feeling the creation of your intention become your new reality, with all senses activated and present
10. Climax, make love, and/or integrate
11. Share your experience with your partner or journal if you are doing the practice solo
