- Inquiries of the desire
- What do we have on the desire?
- Where are the kinks in the free flow of the desire?
- What are the traumatics around the desire?
- Tracking the desire, asking whatever/whoever arise around the desire:
- Who are you?
- What do you need me to know?
- What would be supportive for you today?
- What do we need to be the yes?
- Notice the conditioning and traumas around the yes
- Dropping in with soul: If we couldn't fuck this up, then what do we need to be the embodied yes?
- Implement the one thing you receive from soul
- {Re}Call the sexual energy and let it breathe through you and the one thing for today
- Repeat and iterate as "necessary", edging into the pleasure and desiring of the thing
