Are You Ready For It?

That moment…

That opportunity…

That phone call that changes everything…

Are you ready for it?

Sometimes you lie to yourself, hyping yourself up and pretending that you’re ready for anything that comes your way.

But when it comes down to it, you’re actually not ready… I mean, not really.

Because you’re not yet embodying the level of focus, discipline, and commitment needed in order to do what needs to be done as soon as the opportunity presents itself.

Sure, you might be ready in six months or a year.

After you study more, get another degree, solve your relationship problems, cut back on your other projects and distractions, and build an ass that won’t quit.

But if you get really real with yourself?

The thing holding you back is this:

A distinctly painful and pervasive inability to get out of your head and into your body.

Read that again.

It’s the thing I’ve seen in everyone from corporate clients in leading financial institutions to semi-pro athletes trying to get back on the court after an injury that threatened to shake the very foundation of who they thought they were.

And it also happens to be what I’m going to help you understand on a yet-untapped consciousness level during call #2 of The September Sessions in Body of Work.

“If you stay ready, you ain’t got to get ready.”
